Terms of service
The plain-language deal.

Using OXbeat (oxbeat.ai and app.oxbeat.ai, operated by RADLAB LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company) means you accept these terms. Here they are, kept short.
1. The service
OXbeat is a portfolio instrument panel: it reads aggregate metrics from services you connect with keys you provide and delivers a dashboard, a daily digest by email, public share pages you choose to publish, and a read API and MCP server for your agents. Signup is self-serve. What is live and what is next is listed on the landing page; we do not sell features that do not exist yet.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be 13+ (16+ in the EEA), provide accurate information, and keep your credentials and API tokens to yourself. One human per account. Tokens you mint act with your authority.
3. Plans & billing
Free is free, with no card. Pro ($19), Portfolio ($39) and Fleet ($79) bill monthly through Stripe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled any time from Settings in the app; your plan stays paid through the period you have paid for and then drops to Free. Prices are flat: they never scale with your users, events or revenue. We give notice before any price change affects you. If a payment fails, the plan's paid entitlements pause until it clears.
4. Your keys, your data
The provider keys you connect stay yours: read-only where the provider offers it, enforced read-only in OXbeat's code otherwise, and revocable at the source any time. The metrics OXbeat collects for you are yours; we claim no ownership and use them only to deliver the service. Disconnecting a connector deletes its stored key; deleting an app deletes its data; deleting your account deletes everything, as the privacy policy describes.
5. Acceptable use
No illegal use, no abusing the sync pipeline or the API beyond your plan's limits, no reselling OXbeat access, no probing other tenants' data, and no publishing a share page whose content you have no right to publish.
6. Agents (Fleet)
The Fleet plan lets your agents write back into OXbeat (flag annotations over the API and MCP today; the dispatch loop as it ships). Anything an agent does with a token you minted is done under your authority, and you are responsible for the actions you approve and for any auto-accept rules you enable. Agent writes are recorded.
7. Our IP
The OXbeat product, brand and code are RADLAB LLC's. These terms do not transfer any of it. The public connector catalog and contract carry their own license in that repository.
8. Disclaimers
OXbeat is provided as is. Metrics can lag or be wrong upstream; a provider can change its API under us; AI narration, including the Ask box on this site, can be wrong. Verify before you act on any of it. We do not warrant uninterrupted service.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, RADLAB LLC's total liability is capped at the greater of $50 or what you paid us in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
If your use of OXbeat causes a third-party claim against us, you will cover the costs arising from your breach of these terms.
11. Termination
You can leave any time by deleting your account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections 7 to 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
13. Changes
Material changes bump the date above, get notice to your email before they take effect, and the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue.
